RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 7 days after You received the Product to return the product. You must inform us by email to orders@multipi.co.za

You will have 7 calendar days from the date of your notice of cancellation within which to return the Product to the Dealer from whom you collected it. Alternatively we will arrange a courier pick up at your cost. 

Refunds for the items will be repaid by MPI within 15 days from receipt of the product from the Dealer. The product must be in the same condition and securely packaged.

If there is a loss in value to any of the returned Products, and this loss is the result of use of the Product other than what is required for inspection of the Product, MPI have the right to a deduction to cover these reasonable restocking costs, from any reimbursement or refund made to You.
